This design showcases a contemporary residential architectural style characterized by clean lines, minimalistic forms, and a harmonious blend of materials. Below is an architectural analysis of the key elements:

Facade Composition

1. Material Palette:

◦ The use of travertine stone cladding adds warmth and texture, creating a natural and timeless aesthetic.
◦ Contrasting dark grey metal frames and clean white panels highlight the contemporary theme.
◦ Wooden vertical louvers on the balcony ceiling and accent walls introduce a touch of natural warmth and elegance.

2. Massing and Geometry:

◦ A rectilinear form is employed, emphasizing horizontal and vertical elements.
◦ The design integrates layering and depth, creating visual interest through the interplay of solid and void spaces.

3. Glazing and Fenestration:

◦ The large glass curtain wall at the center provides a sense of transparency, allowing natural light to permeate the interiors while visually connecting the inside and outside.
◦ Narrow vertical windows break the monotony and balance the solid walls.

4. Perforated Screen:

◦ The lattice-style screen introduces a textured visual element, offering both privacy and passive shading.

First floor

Functional and Aesthetic Elements

1. Balcony Design:

◦ The balcony features frameless glass railings, enhancing an open and airy look, while wooden finishes create a cozy seating zone.
◦ It acts as an extended space, adding to the overall functionality.

2. Roof Terrace:

◦ A landscaped terrace with planters is visible, promoting green living and providing a recreational outdoor area.

3. Ground Floor:

◦ The inclusion of roller shutters hints at multi-functional ground-level spaces, potentially for parking or storage.

Lighting and Visual Impact

◦ Recessed LED strip lighting on the facade emphasizes horizontal bands, enhancing the architectural features at night.
◦ The integration of light and shadow across textured materials gives the design a dynamic visual effect.

Street Appeal
The elevation displays a strong modern character, exuding sophistication and urbanity. The overall design balances aesthetics with practicality, creating a striking and functional home that integrates well with its surroundings.
