Facade Composition
1. Material Palette:
◦ The use of travertine stone cladding adds warmth and texture, creating a natural and timeless aesthetic.
◦ Contrasting dark grey metal frames and clean white panels highlight the contemporary theme.
◦ Wooden vertical louvers on the balcony ceiling and accent walls introduce a touch of natural warmth and elegance.
2. Massing and Geometry:
